Shipping & Return Policy
Eraya provides free shipping on all U.S domestic orders through Fedex ground and requires a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items/packages once they are declared "delivered" by the carrier.
1. International orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and charges a flat rate of $50 per shipment. We cover the insurance. Estimated shipping time is 5-10 business days for ready to ship orders plus additional time required for customs clearance.
2. All international orders are subjected to import taxes, custom duties and fees which are levied once the shipment reaches to their respective countries. All these charges and additional if any must be borne by the recipient.
3. Custom policies vary widely and you should contact your local customs office for more details.

1.We hope you love your Eraya Jewels. If for any reason you are not satisfied ,we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
2.All sale items, rings, and customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
3.Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

Return process & Shipping instructions:
1.Send an email to email@example.com to request your prepaid return label. Please note the item and the reason of your return.
2. To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a return label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Please carefully wrap and package your item to protect it properly during transport.The jewelry must arrive unworn, unaltered with tags attached, in pristine condition, in the original packaging (Eraya jewelry box+ Pouch) and with the invoice.
3.You will be responsible for both ways shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please include all of your contact information inside of the package.If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
5. If these requests are met for the returned items,we will process the returns when they are received and will send an email confirmation. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment minus the shipping charges. Please note, depending on the billing cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Cancelling an Order:
If you need to cancel an order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. All our jewels are custom made, so once production begins they cannot be cancelled.

2. Most of our "Eraya jewels" are made to order, so please allow us for a 2-4 week delivery time.

4. Our gemstones are natural, so there will be slight color variations which make our jewels unique.
